One Person, One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or residential address. Attempts to create multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse, and all associated accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

Section 3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the ba345 platform:

Only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name may be used. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Section 3.2

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount through any payment method on ba345 is ৳300. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and the level of account verification. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.

Section 3.3

Withdrawal Terms & Limits

The following conditions apply to withdrawing funds from ba345:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Suspicious Transactions

If ba345 finds any transaction suspicious or believes it is connected to fraudulent activity, ba345 has the right to suspend that transaction and conduct an investigation. The associated account may be temporarily frozen during the investigation.

Section 4.1

Welcome Bonus

New users at ba345 receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, letting you start playing with ৳3,000 in total. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳18,000.

Section 4.2

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before winnings earned from bonuses can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the original deposited funds. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

Section 4.3

General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer's detailed description.
• A valid and verified payment method must be on the account to receive bonus benefits.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless separately stated.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ba345 has the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.
• ba345 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program.

Section 5.1

VIP Tiers & Benefits

ba345 has four VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active gaming. Cashback is credited to active members' accounts at a set time each week.

Section 5.2

Fair Play Policy

ba345 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any kind of cheating software or automated bots.
• Attempting to exploit weaknesses in the system or games.
• Hacking or attempting to access another user's account.
• Collusion or dishonest coordination with other players.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.

If such activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.

Section 5.3

Technical Issues & Dispute Resolution

Account Suspension & Closure

ba345 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• When a violation of these terms is proven.
• When a request for identity verification goes unanswered.
• When evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For security or legal reasons.

Upon account closure, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user where applicable.
